Data we use
Your name, phone, preferred messenger, date, guest count and message are used to answer your request and arrange your trip. Do not submit passport, payment or medical documents in this form.
Requests are stored in the site’s protected database. When you send through a messenger, that service also processes the information under its terms. Contact us above to request access, correction or deletion.
Booking and payment
Choose your tour, preferred date and number of guests. We confirm availability and the final price, then you pay a 20% deposit.
Cash in VND, RUB or USD, Russian card or Vietnamese bank transfer, payment link or cryptocurrency. No agency commission. Payment details and exchange rate are agreed after booking confirmation.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Free cancellation at least 3 days before the tour. Agree late-cancellation terms before paying. If we cancel due to weather, a closed attraction or insufficient participants, choose another date, an alternative tour or a refund.
Rentals and visa assistance
Motorbikes: from one day, $200 deposit and passport photo; insurance and liability agreed before rental. Homes: from 3 months, one month’s deposit, utilities paid by the owner. Hotels: selected rate terms apply. Visas: immigration authorities make the final decision; timing, fees and refunds agreed before payment.
