Is my request a confirmed reservation?
No. Choose your preferred date range in the request; if only one day works, enter the same date in both fields. A manager checks available dates and agrees the specific day, party details and final price with you. The trip is confirmed only after that.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. “Real Nha Trang in one day” requires no deposit. Submit your request to agree an available date and final price with the manager.
How is the price calculated, and what is included?
The base rate per guest depends on the total party size: 2 guests — 2,500,000 ₫, 3 — 2,000,000 ₫, 4 — 1,800,000 ₫, 5 — 1,700,000 ₫. Children count towards the total; the calculator applies their discounts. The base programme includes VinFast car transfers, guide services, the excursion programme, admission tickets for the itinerary and traditional Vietnamese lunch. Hat painting and the Đó Theatre evening option cost extra.
Can children or solo travellers join?
The standard format is a party of 2–5 guests, including children. Up to 100 cm inclusive pays 50% of the base rate; over 100 cm up to 140 cm inclusive pays 70%; over 140 cm pays the adult rate. We select the base rate by the total number of guests, then apply child discounts. The party must include at least one guest at the adult rate. Contact the manager about travelling solo.
When does the tour start, and where is pickup?
We pick you up at your hotel. Departure is around 08:30, with return after the day programme around 18:00. The guide will contact you the evening before, between 20:00 and 23:00, to give you the exact meeting time. Include your hotel in the request. With the evening option, return is approximately 19:20.
How can I pay, and is there a fee?
We accept cash in Vietnamese dong or roubles, transfers to a Russian bank card, cryptocurrency, transfers to a Vietnamese bank and payment links. We do not add a fee for your chosen payment method. Agree payment details with the manager.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free cancellation is available at least 3 days before the tour. If your plans change, contact the manager promptly. Confirm rescheduling options and terms for later cancellation with the manager before your trip is confirmed.
What if the organiser cancels the tour?
If the guide is ill, we replace the guide. If the trip cannot go ahead because of weather, a closed location or an insufficient group, we will offer a new date, a similar excursion or a refund of any money paid. The guest chooses the option.
Will there be shopping stops?
No. The programme has no compulsory partner-shop stops, advertising or pushed purchases. This is a day exploring the city, not a shopping itinerary.
Does the itinerary involve walking or stairs?
We travel between stops by VinFast car. At the locations we explore the craft village and traditional Vietnam, the Stone Cathedral, Long Son, Po Nagar Towers and Hon Chong, with Vietnamese lunch along the way. Long Son includes stairs up to the White Buddha. If you have mobility considerations, tell the manager in advance so you can discuss the itinerary.
What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes for walking and stairs, a hat, sunscreen and a charged phone. Clothing covering shoulders and knees is useful for visiting temples. Tell us in advance about any special lunch preferences.
What about optional extras?
Hat painting and Đó Theatre are optional. Their terms, cost and availability are agreed before your request is confirmed. The calculator covers the base programme only.
