Data we use
Your name, phone, preferred messenger, date, guest count and message are used to answer your request and arrange your trip. Do not submit passport, payment or medical documents in this form.
Requests are delivered to a manager through the configured messenger integration. If delivery is not confirmed, you can send the prepared request text manually. The messenger service processes information sent to it under its own rules. Contact us above to request access, correction or deletion.
The site uses Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics for visit and navigation statistics. Session Replay (Webvisor) masks text entered in personal-data form fields.
Assistant: the quick guide uses published itineraries and does not send answers to AI. If you choose an AI reply and provide separate consent, your message and recent conversation are sent to OpenAI. Do not enter personal or confidential information; contact details are collected through a separate request form. History exists only in the current page’s memory and is cleared by “Clear conversation” or reloading. Session Replay masks the chat and message fields. The server limits requests using only a daily HMAC identifier, counters and recent request timestamps, not message text. OpenAI requests use store:false; the service’s own rules govern its processing. The assistant does not confirm availability or create bookings.
Booking and payment
“Real Nha Trang” by car and “Real Nha Trang by motorbike” require no deposit; a manager confirms the date and final price.
Choose your tour, preferred date and number of guests. We confirm availability and the final price. For other tours, you pay a deposit from 20% after confirmation.
Cash in VND, RUB or USD, Russian card or Vietnamese bank transfer, payment link or cryptocurrency. No agency commission. Payment details and exchange rate are agreed after booking confirmation.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Free cancellation at least 3 days before the tour. Agree late-cancellation terms before paying. If we cancel due to weather, a closed attraction or insufficient participants, choose another date, an alternative tour or a refund.
Rentals and visa assistance
Motorbikes: from one day, $200 deposit and passport photo; insurance and liability agreed before rental. Homes: from 3 months, one month’s deposit, utilities paid by the owner. Hotels: selected rate terms apply. Visas: immigration authorities make the final decision; timing, fees and refunds agreed before payment.
